When renting a property through us, there are various costs you the tenant should take into consideration when placing an offer. The permitted ayments for tenants are as follows:
- Rent
- Tenancy deposit (5 weeks rent)
- Holding deposit (1 weeks rent)
- Payment in the event of default
- Payment on variation
- Payment on variation or assignment of tenancy
- Payment on termination of tenancy
- Payment in respect of council tax
- Payment in respect of utilities
- Payment in respect of TV licence
- Payment in respect of a phone line
